Student Artwork Approval Request | Licensing

We are pleased to consider your request to use the identifying trademarks of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln on new merchandise. This form is not required for brochures and other communications tools printed on paper. If ordering multiple products from one licensee, you may use one form for the entire order placed at that time. When reordering products, a new form needs to be completed.
